At Unfilter AI we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who processes it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Account data (name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up with email or Google), your chat and image-generation content, credit balance and purchase records, and basic technical data such as device and browser information needed to keep the Service secure.
2. How we use your information
To create and secure your account, deliver AI responses, maintain your chat history, process credit purchases, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI processing and sub-processors
Your prompts and recent conversation context are sent to third-party AI model providers to generate a response. Authentication, database, and storage are handled by our hosting and backend providers. Payments are handled by Razorpay. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.
4. Incognito Mode
When Incognito Mode is enabled, your prompts and responses are not written to your chat history. The transcript stays in your browser tab only and disappears when you reload. Credits are still consumed as usual.
5. Payment information
Card numbers, UPI PINs, and banking credentials are entered directly with Razorpay and never reach our servers. We store only the order reference, amount, credits granted, and payment status.
6. Data retention and deletion
Saved conversations are kept until you delete them or close your account. You can delete individual chats from the sidebar at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email shashikantkumar7003s@gmail.com.
7. Security
Access to your data is restricted by row-level database policies scoped to your user account, all traffic is served over HTTPS, and API credentials are held server-side only. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent by closing your account. Write to shashikantkumar7003s@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
Unfilter AI is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Contact and changes
