Welcome to Unfilter AI. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Shashikant Kumar, the operator of Unfilter AI, covering your access to our website and AI services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Unfilter AI (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. The service
Unfilter AI provides AI-based chat, text generation, and image generation. Responses are produced by machine learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on outputs for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at shashikantkumar7003s@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Credits and payments
The Service runs on a prepaid credit system. Chat messages, Unfiltered Mode, and image generation each consume a stated number of credits. Credits are digital goods, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed as you use the Service. Payments are collected in Indian Rupees through our payment partner Razorpay. Prices may change with prior notice on this website.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, sexually exploitative of minors, or intended to create malware, spam, or fraud. You also agree not to resell access, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without refund.
6. Intellectual property
The Unfilter AI name, interface, and software remain our property. Subject to these terms, you retain the rights you have in the prompts you submit and the outputs generated for you, and are responsible for how you use them.
7. Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and third-party model providers may impose rate limits or downtime outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
10. Governing law and contact
